Milwaukee Police: 11-Year-old Boy in Custody for Shooting 7-Year-old Boy

An 11-year-old boy has been taken into custody in relation to the shooting of a 7-year-old boy.

Milwaukee Police are investigating the shooting which occurred on July 30th at approximately 3:50 PM in the 2600 block of N. 5th St.

According to Milwaukee Police, the 7-year-old boy arrived at a local hospital for treatment of a non-fatal injury.

Charges are pending review by the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office. The investigation is still ongoing.
