The Dan Kelly campaign issued a press release today announcing the endorsement of Kelly by retiring Supreme Court Justice Patience Roggensack.

According to the press release, Roggensack told WisPolitics that she endorses Justice Kelly saying, “I support and will be voting for Dan Kelly in the general election.”

Justice Kelly issued this response.

“It was a privilege to serve alongside Justice Roggensack for four years, and I am grateful for her support. Justice Roggensack has been a pillar of the Court for two decades, and she knows the only priority Justices have is to uphold the constitution, not impose their politics on Wisconsin.”

Supreme Court Justices Roggensack, Rebecca Bradley and Chief Justice Annette Ziegler are now supporting Justice Kelly along with a long list of jurists around the state.
